Marco Island Home Care Service will systematically check your home while you're away and will immediately notify you if there are any problems. We will inspect your home or condo monthly or bimonthly, taking pictures that will be e-mailed to you each month.

• Monthly pictures (5-10) of your home or condo e-mailed to you.
• Once or twice a month visits. (different rates apply)
• Monthly or bimonthly report of the property condition.
• Walk through every room for visual inspection.
• Security check all windows & doors.
• Visual inspection of hot water heater, dishwasher, sinks and bath tubs.
• Run A/C to make sure it is working.
• Check to see that lawn is being maintained.
• Check to see that pool is being cared for.
• Check for obvious pest and rodent infestation.
• Check for wind and storm damage. 
• Check boat and dock if applicable.
• Check for vandalism.
• Check garage area.
• Start or drive car (extra charge)
• Check for mail & newspapers.
• Provide documentation for insurance companies.
• We keep a backup of all pictures of your home.
• Check AC settings.
• Make sure hot water heater is off.
• Shut water off to house or condo if needed.
